Our Story
In 2023, the Zimbabwe Pickleball Association (ZPA) was establish in the city of Bulawayo, with the aim of creating a unifying body to govern and grow the sport of pickleball into a competitive sport. Gaining full membership with the Confederation of African Pickleball (CAP) and the Global Pickleball Federation (GPF), ZPA quickly established itself. The association hosted its first international webinar in early 2024, drawing over 200 participants, including global and local sports leaders. By the end of 2024, ZPA had laid the foundation for the sport’s growth in Zimbabwe, focusing on community outreach, training, and infrastructure development.
